Is there really no credit card for the trial?

Can I switch plans after signing up?

What happens when I cancel?

Cancel anytime from your dashboard. No fees, no penalties. Your account stays active until the end of your billing period. Your data is stored for 90 days in case you return, then permanently deleted.

How does yearly billing work?

Pay upfront for 12 months and save 28–33% vs monthly billing. The yearly amount is charged once at signup. If you cancel within the first 30 days you receive a full refund. After 30 days we offer a pro-rated refund for remaining months.

Do you offer custom or enterprise pricing?

Yes. For large teams, agencies with more than 10 sub-accounts, or businesses with specific requirements, contact us for a custom quote. Enterprise plans include SLA, dedicated account management, fine-tuned AI models and custom API development.

What does badge removal mean?

All plans show a small "Powered by Winter Tech AI" badge on your chatbot by default. On Growth and above plans you can request removal — we handle it within 24 hours at no extra charge. On Starter plans, badge removal is available as a $29/month add-on.
