Our Commitment

We want every Winter Tech AI client to be satisfied with their purchase. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent and simple. We will always try to resolve issues before processing a refund — if something is not working as expected, please contact us first and we will fix it.

To request a refund, email us at support@wintertechai.com with the subject "Refund Request" and we will respond within 2 business days.

Free Trial

Our 3-day free trial requires a card but carries zero charge. There is nothing to refund during the trial period.

You will only be charged if you actively subscribe to a paid plan after your trial. If your trial simply expires and you take no action, no charge is ever made.

Monthly Subscriptions

Standard policy

Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused days within a monthly billing period.

When you cancel a monthly subscription, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges are made after that point.

Exception — first charge

If you subscribe to a paid plan and have not meaningfully used the Service (no chatbot conversations, no email sequences sent, no leads captured), we will consider a refund request within 7 days of your first charge. Contact us and explain your situation — we handle these on a case-by-case basis.

Annual Subscriptions

Within 30 days

If you purchase an annual subscription and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first annual payment. No questions asked.

After 30 days

After 30 days, annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused months. For example, if you cancel after 4 months, you are eligible for a refund of 8 remaining months at the monthly equivalent rate.

Pro-rated refunds are processed within 10 business days of the cancellation request being approved.

Renewal charges

We send a reminder email 14 days before your annual renewal. If you cancel within 7 days of an annual renewal charge and have not used the Service in the new period, we will issue a full refund of the renewal amount.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Requests made outside the applicable refund window
  • Dissatisfaction due to third-party platform issues outside our control (e.g. WhatsApp Business API policy changes)
  • Charges for add-on services that have been delivered and used
  • Situations where we have already issued a previous goodwill refund for the same account
Note on chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. Please always contact us first — we resolve disputes quickly and fairly.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@wintertechai.com
  2. Use the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Account Email]"
  3. Include: your account email, the plan you subscribed to, the charge date and the reason for your request
  4. We will respond within 2 business days with a decision

We will always acknowledge your request and explain our decision clearly. If your request is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing Time

  • Refund decision: Within 2 business days of your request
  • Paddle refund processing: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Pro-rated annual refunds: Up to 10 business days after approval

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different card or account.
